A 19th Century French Louis Philippe flower corner composition frame, with rose flowers and foliage at the corners and incised floral patterns on the domed panels between the corners. It has some small losses in places, and the gesso around the sides is in poor condition, two corners gapping slightly, other two are OK, joined with splines. It has been overpainted with the original gilding visible in places.
